The Kirk Session of the Abbey Church of Dunfermline are delighted to announce and welcome the appointment of Mr Matthew Beetschen, BA, FRCO, ARSCM, as Organist and Master of the Music. Mr Beetschen brings wide experience and talent to the role, and we look forward to the enhancement of our rich tradition of music. A photo and a profile of Mr Beetschen will appear on our website in the near future.
The Kirk Session would also like to thank Mr William Campbell, Assistant Organist, for his hard work and patience in supporting worship and the choir over the 18 months since the retirement of the previous Master of the Music.
