The Abbey Church of Dunfermline yesterday won the “Best Visitor Attraction in Fife” at the Kingdom FM Local Heros Awards 2014. Our custodian, Mary Welsh, was at the Award Ceremony and collected the award on behalf of the Abbey Church.
Hundreds of people have gathered to celebrate the contribution individuals, organisations and schools make in Fife.
The event, which is now in its seventh year, was presented by Kingdom FM’s Ian Gilmour, Vanessa Motion, Barry Snedden and Darren Stenhouse.
